Client Description
A global organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial and operational performance across multiple manufacturing sites. This role involves close collaboration with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, offering strategic insights, financial guidance, and process improvements. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Perform cost accounting and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive cost savings and improve profitability.
Support capital investments and evaluate ROI.
Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ERP systems and financial tools.
Preferred:
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
Experience in financial modeling and multilingual ability is a plus.
