About the role
A rapidly expanding global biopharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to oversee the execution of multi-country clinical studies across Southeast Asia. This is a regional leadership role with responsibility for portfolio delivery, team leadership, and operational excellence across a growing clinical development pipeline.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, you will:
- Lead regional clinical study management activities across Southeast Asia.
- Manage and develop a team of Regional Clinical Study Managers and external FSP partners.
- Oversee study delivery, timelines, budgets, quality, and operational performance.
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution.
- Develop site engagement and patient enrollment strategies to optimize study performance.
- Champion operational excellence, governance, and continuous process improvement.
- Represent the SEA region in global clinical operations discussions and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- 13+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, or Drug Development.
- Proven experience leading regional or global clinical trials within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing high-performing clinical operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial execution.
- Experience managing multi-country clinical studies across Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
- Oncology and/or Hematology therapeutic area experience is an advantage.
