About the Role
As an RPA Developer, you will act as the technical bridge between complex business processes and cutting-edge automation solutions. You will analyze workflows, design optimum automation structures, and handle full-lifecycle robot development to deliver high-visibility value.
Responsibilities
- Process Design: Analyze current business workflows to design efficient, optimized robotic processes and develop Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- End-to-End Development: Build, test (SIT & UAT), deploy, and implement UiPath robots within agreed project timelines and document standards.
- Quality Assurance: Review robot design and coding structures to verify expected outputs and maintain high performance.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide support and manage change requests for robot users according to established service levels.
- Stakeholder Management: Deliver regular progress updates (weekly updates, ad-hoc reports) to project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in UiPath support, project delivery, or implementation.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in UiPath development; having a UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage customer deliverables effectively.
