The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Consultant to lead client-facing solution consulting and implementation advisory efforts in Malaysia. This role combines thought leadership, enterprise consulting, and team leadership to help clients maximize the value of HR technology and workforce analytics solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in HR technology, talent management, and enterprise consulting, alongside the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive strategic client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive thought leadership initiatives around talent intelligence, workforce analytics, and HR technology trends
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, industry associations, and ecosystem partners
- Partner closely with enterprise sales teams throughout complex B2B sales cycles
- Deliver impactful solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
- Develop business cases, ROI frameworks, and value propositions for enterprise clients
- Lead strategic implementation consulting engagements for enterprise customers
- Define success metrics and client value realization frameworks
- Conduct business reviews and provide optimization recommendations
- Build, mentor, and lead the local consulting and industry solutions team
- Strengthen internal expertise in HR technology, talent analytics, and enterprise advisory
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology, workforce analytics, talent management, or enterprise consulting
- Strong exposure to enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
- Proven track record supporting enterprise solution sales and consulting engagements
- Experience leading consulting, pre-sales, or solution engineering teams
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and public speaking capabilities
- Deep understanding of talent management, workforce planning, and people analytics
- Knowledge of AI and data analytics applications within HR technology environments
- Collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Presentation tools including PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva
