Role Description

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's network of channel partners across Malaysia and Singapore. This regional commercial role focuses on developing strategic distributor relationships, driving sales performance, and executing business growth initiatives. Working remotely and reporting to the regional leadership team based in Singapore, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market development, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets through channel partners in Malaysia and Singapore.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial objectives.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market coverage, and increasing product adoption.
Monitor distributor performance through regular business reviews, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
Provide product training, commercial guidance, and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Proven experience in channel partner management, distributor management, or key account management within Malaysia and Singapore.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, hospital sales processes, and distribution networks in both markets.
