Role Description

You will drive new solar PV sales by aggressively sourcing, qualifying, and closing opportunities across the residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) segments. This role focuses on revenue growth, market penetration, and winning deals in the Central region (KL, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka).

Key Responsibilities

Sales & New Business Acquisition
• Proactively identify new opportunities via cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Engage decision-makers and influence stakeholders
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
Closing & Negotiation
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations (ROI, IRR, payback analysis)
• Handle objections and drive deal closure within timelines
• Collaborate with management on pricing and deal structuring
Market Intelligence
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Provide insights to support strategy development
Internal Coordination
• Support Sales Manager and mentor Sales Executives
• Coordinate with internal teams for fast proposal turnaround
• Ensure smooth client handover post-sale
KPIs
• Monthly sales revenue
• New accounts acquired
