Role Description

This role focuses on driving solar energy sales for commercial and industrial projects, with a strong emphasis on closing deals and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and close high-value solar deals
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Provide tailored solar solutions + quotations based on client needs
Develop and execute sales strategies to hit targets
Handle client escalations and relationship management
Collaborate closely with:
- Design team
- Project team
Oversee account receivables and payment follow-ups

Represent the company in external engagements and industry presence

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years in sales/business development
Preferably with solar or renewable energy experience
Strong:
Sales drive
Communication skills
Strategic thinking
Willing to travel (own transport required)
Mandarin is an advantage
