Role Description
What you’ll lead:
Define and execute the global visual creative strategy – including seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, digital assets, social content, retail VM, and space design.
Lead the creative direction of all major brand moments (season launches, collaborations, festive campaigns, key openings).
Build and manage an in-house creative team (art direction, graphic design, photography, casting) plus external networks (photographers, stylists, agencies, production).
Partner with product, marketing, and retail teams to ensure creative output aligns with commercial calendars and regional nuances (Europe, US, APAC).
Drive creative excellence – consistently benchmarking against top-tier international fashion brands.

Requirements
What you bring:
10+ years in fashion/apparel retail visual creative roles, with at least 5 years at Creative Director or Global Head level.
Proven experience leading global campaigns and visual systems for a multinational fashion brand (high-street, contemporary, or premium).
A world-class portfolio showing campaign, lookbook, social, and digital asset work.
Strong track record of managing cross-cultural creative teams and external production partners.
Fluent business English (Mandarin is a strong plus but not essential).
Based in London.
