Role Description
The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the overall sales function, driving revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition within a premium automotive retail environment. This role provides strategic direction and operational leadership to the sales team, ensuring the achievement of business objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to drive high performance and customer-centric selling.
Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, lead conversion, and inventory planning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, finance, and other internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Manage sales budgets, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure commercial targets are met.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, corporate accounts, and business partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sales governance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong track record of leading sales teams and delivering sustainable business growth.
Experience within the automotive, premium retail, or related consumer-focused industries is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
