Role Description
Senior Business Development Executive (Cold Chain)
A newly created role responsible for driving business growth, developing new markets, expanding the customer base, and promoting cold chain solutions across healthcare, laboratory, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and research sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities and market segments.
• Drive business development initiatives to increase market penetration nationwide.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and territory growth objectives.
• Promote and sell cold chain solutions including biomedical refrigerators, biomedical freezers, ultra-low temperature freezers, cryogenic storage systems, and temperature monitoring solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage sales follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, clinicians, laboratory managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional activities and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements while providing market intelligence.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience selling biomedical refrigerators, biomedical freezers, cold chain solutions, laboratory equipment, life science products, healthcare products, or related solutions.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience managing healthcare-related customers including hospitals, laboratories, clinics, research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
