Role Description
This is a strategic yet operational role for a finance leader who enjoys working in fast-paced and evolving environments, partnering closely with regional leadership teams to drive business performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. The role will play a key part in building scalable finance processes, strengthening operational controls, and developing a high-performing finance team to support the company’s next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with regional business and operations teams to drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and margin improvement
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple locations
Provide actionable insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
Lead and develop a regional finance team, building strong capabilities and succession pipeline
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and internal controls
Support capital expenditure planning and investment evaluation
Manage working capital, cash flow, and overall financial discipline across the region
Strengthen costing, performance tracking, and variance analysis to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. supply chain, procurement) to identify opportunities and resolve business challenges
Requirements
12–15+ years of finance experience, ideally within a multinational environment
Strong background in operational finance, FP&A, or business partnering
Experience managing teams and working across multiple countries
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) preferred
