Role Description
As the Head of HR & Admin, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy and strengthening overall business operations. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including tech talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, culture building, and day-to-day HR & administrative operations within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Lead and drive the overall HR & Admin function across the business, ensuring alignment with company growth and operational objectives.
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, employer branding initiatives, and workforce planning to attract and retain quality talent.
Partner closely with leadership teams on organization development, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
Manage performance management processes, compensation reviews, KPI/OKR tracking, and employee development programs.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR governance practices.
Oversee office administration, facilities management, workplace safety, and overall office operations.
Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, administrative budgeting, and operational cost optimization initiatives.
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives within the HR & Admin function.
Requirements
Proven HR leadership experience within fast-paced, tech-driven and/or high-growth environments, with the ability to build and scale HR structures and teams.
Strong hands-on exposure in tech talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
Commercially minded and operationally strong, with the ability to balance business needs, operational efficiency, and people strategy.
Solid understanding of regional HR operations, labor law compliance, compensation practices, and change management across multiple countries.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership while remaining hands-on in execution.
