Role DescriptionYou will be responsible for driving the operational excellence and commercial performance of the brand’s franchise stores across international markets. This role focuses on managing and developing franchise partners, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, and optimizing store performance through data-driven insights and hands-on support.

Acting as a key bridge between headquarters and local franchise operators, the role ensures alignment with company strategies while adapting to local market dynamics. The ideal candidate combines strong retail operations expertise with stakeholder management skills to enhance store productivity, customer experience, and brand consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the training, performance evaluation, and relationship management of overseas franchise partners; establish and continuously improve franchise management systems, including incentive and performance evaluation frameworks
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, provide business guidance and support, resolve operational challenges, and ensure brand standards are upheld
• Develop and implement store operation standards and procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements
• Support franchise partners in store setup, including fit-out and new store openings
• Set and drive store sales targets; analyze sales performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Manage store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and efficient turnover
• Collaborate with the Brand/Marketing team to develop and execute in-store marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and influence
• Organize and participate in brand events to strengthen customer engagement and interaction
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and high-quality store presentation
• Conduct local market research, analyze competitors, monitor market trends, and adjust store strategies based on insights and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the fast fashion retail industry; prior experience in overseas franchise management is highly preferred
• Proficiency in English with strong communication and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of retail store operations, with strong capabilities in market analysis and marketing planning
• Strong teamwork, resilience under pressure, customer-oriented mindset, and a high level of accountability and drive
