About the role:

This role is a national-level Operations Director position responsible for leading and standardising the operations of a multi-site healthcare network, ensuring high standards in service quality, patient safety, and overall performance. The position focuses on building scalable operational systems, including training, audits, SOPs, and risk management frameworks, while leveraging data to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.


Key responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the nationwide operations management of healthcare clinics, ensuring high standards of service quality, patient safety, and operational excellence.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end clinic operations system, including operations framework design, training systems, audit mechanisms, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and refine operational policies, governance standards, and SOPs to drive consistency and scalability across clinics.
  • Build and oversee medical risk prevention and dispute management mechanisms, including direct involvement in handling major or sensitive cases.
  • Lead and strengthen clinic safety management, compliance, and risk control.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of performance management and incentive frameworks for medical professionals.
  • Chair and participate in key operational and management meetings at national and regional levels.
  • Undertake additional strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by senior leadership.


Requirements:

  • Min 8 years’ experience as a Store / Restaurant Manager and 3 years at Area / Regional Manager level or above.
  • Strongly preferred background from well‑known chain or multi‑site service organisations (e.g. large‑scale retail, QSR, or service networks).
  • Proven hands‑on expertise in multi‑site operations management
  • Strong ability to use data and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and service standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and execution skills
  • High resilience, clear logic, strong ownership mindset, and commercial awareness
  • Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by building and scaling operations
  • Genuine interest in the healthcare / wellness sector, with openness to developing a long‑term career in this industry.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred, as the role requires regular communication with stakeholders based in China.
