Location: SELANGOR
Basic Salary: From RM 25,000 to RM 28,500 per month
Fixed Allowance: From RM 2,250 to RM 3,200 per month

The Company:
Our client is an award-winning property developer with a strong track record and 65 years of experience in delivering high quality residential, commercial and township projects across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Project Management function with full accountability for delivering a diverse portfolio of property development projects (township, residential, and commercial developments projects) ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, regulatory compliance, and the highest quality standards.
- Provide strong leadership by guiding, managing, and mentoring a team of Project Managers across the Central Region (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor), overseeing projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive seamless project execution and ensure alignment across all stages of development.
- Evaluate and provide feasibility studies for potential land acquisitions, while advising the Board of Directors on investment viability, profitability, and return on assets (ROA) to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive the execution of project strategies in accordance with approved masterplans, ensuring effective coordination and progress throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry movements by analysing key internal and external developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends, and proactively mitigating any potential impact on operations.
- Support the Senior General Manager to deliver strategic business insights, including project plans, market analysis, risk assessments, and resource forecasting aligned with overall corporate goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management or a similar leadership capacity within established property developers
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale mixed-development, residential, or commercial development projects from start to completion.
- Proficient in Mandarin is a MUST.
