About the Role
We are looking for Japanese + Mandarin speaking talents to join a regional finance operations team supporting Accounts Payable (AP) processes for the Japan market. Candidates without prior AP experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable operations for the Japan market
- Process invoices, payment requests, and vendor documentation accurately
- Communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and vendors via email/calls
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues
- Ensure transactions comply with company policies and SLA timelines
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting activities
Requirements
- Proficient in Japanese and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Open to candidates without AP/Finance background
- Fresh graduates with language capabilities are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn finance operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shared services environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Finance, Customer Service, Shared Services, or Operations
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle is an advantage
