The Company

Key Responsibilities.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from design coordination and procurement through construction and completion.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, and master work programmes, including critical paths.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site and construction issues.
- Monitor progress, quality, cash flow, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, QLASSIC standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, meeting minutes, and project presentations.
- Lead site management, enforce health and safety standards, and ensure full documentary compliance.
- Verify and certify subcontractors’ claims and ensure RFMA/RFIC records are up to date.

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the construction of residential projects
- Must be proficient in Mandarin
