About the Role
We are looking for a technical specialist to lead advanced analytics projects and build sophisticated data models that drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Modeling: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex marketing and business challenges.
- Technical Execution: Utilize Python and its ecosystem (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.) to build robust data pipelines and analytical tools.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data science roadmaps.
- Insight Generation: Transform raw, unstructured data into actionable insights through statistical analysis and visualization.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior team members and ensure high standards of code quality and algorithmic integrity.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in Python for data science and automation.
- 2 years experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and work within modern data environments.
- A background in digital marketing, e-commerce, or agency environments is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
