  • Lead regional Total Rewards delivery, ensuring smooth execution of compensation and benefits processes
  • Oversee employee support services, managing query resolution, service quality, and SLA performance
  • Drive key HR transformation initiatives, including system rollouts, process improvements, and regional transitions
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness across HR operations
  • Build and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to support business decisions
  • Manage HR knowledge frameworks and employee portals to improve user experience
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders while leading a regional operations team


Ideal background:

  • Experience in HR shared services / GBS environments
