- Lead regional Total Rewards delivery, ensuring smooth execution of compensation and benefits processes
- Oversee employee support services, managing query resolution, service quality, and SLA performance
- Drive key HR transformation initiatives, including system rollouts, process improvements, and regional transitions
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness across HR operations
- Build and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to support business decisions
- Manage HR knowledge frameworks and employee portals to improve user experience
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders while leading a regional operations team
Ideal background:
- Experience in HR shared services / GBS environments
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and payroll processes
- Strong stakeholder management, operations leadership, and analytical capability
