Key Responsibilities
- Support the monthly payroll processing and statutory payments, including the preparation of related payroll reports.
- Assist with year-end tax reporting and liaise with the external payroll provider on payroll and tax-related matters.
- Administer employee medical insurance and benefits, including new enrolments, claims follow-up, and outstanding claim cases.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including report preparation, HR communications, meeting coordination, and support for ongoing HR initiatives.
- Support employee mobility matters, including work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, temporary accommodation, and flight arrangements.
- Assist with HR data and analytics, identifying trends and turning workforce data into meaningful insights.
- Support other HR and Compensation & Benefits initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations, payroll, compensation & benefits, or a regional office environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and HR systems.
- Prior exposure to payroll administration, employee benefits, or HR data management would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting cross-country employee transfers or mobility matters would be an added advantage.
