Role Description
Lead the management and delivery of network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing operations while guiding a technical team and driving continuous improvements across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the design, implementation, and day-to-day operations of enterprise network infrastructure across corporate, production, and cloud environments.
• Lead and develop the network engineering team, driving performance, knowledge growth, and operational excellence.
• Ensure network security, reliability, and compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage network performance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and incident response to maintain high system availability.
• Drive continuous improvement through network optimization, automation initiatives, and evaluation of new technologies.
Requirements
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant networking certifications (e.g. CCNA).
• Minimum 5 years of networking experience, including leadership or team management exposure.
• Strong expertise in network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud environments
• Proven experience in network operations, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and automation.
• Good understanding of security standards and compliance frameworks, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
