A global MNC is expanding its regional finance operations and is looking for a Credit & Collections Team Lead to lead a team within its growing Shared Services environment.
This is more than a people-management role. You’ll have the opportunity to drive collections performance, credit risk management, process improvement and regional stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit Control / Cash Collection professionals.
- Drive collection performance, cash flow and DSO improvement.
- Oversee credit risk, customer credit limits and account reviews.
- Manage complex escalations, disputes and customer payment matters.
- Partner with Sales, Finance and regional stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Drive process improvements and support regional transitions and projects.
- Prepare and analyse debtor performance and credit risk reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable or OTC.
- Prior team leadership / people management experience.
- Strong understanding of credit risk and collection processes.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good Excel skills; SAP experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working with regional and international stakeholders.
