Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of concept and detailed designs for concrete and steel structures for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise developments. H72
Perform structural analysis and design using software ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
Review and prepare design calculations, technical drawings, specifications, tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender evaluation reports.
Manage and coordinate projects throughout the design and construction phases, providing technical solutions and resolving engineering challenges.
Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure effective project execution, approvals, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and drafters, including workload planning, design scheduling, design reviews, and quality assurance.
Attend client, consultant, technical coordination, and site meetings, contributing expert structural advice and supporting project delivery
Requirements
Candidates must possess a recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
Prior work experience in a engineering consulting firm will be advantageous
Familiarity with structural software such as ETABS, RAM CONCEPT, SAFE, STAAD-PRO, etc
Basic Mandarin proficiency is not a must but will be advantageous
