Since entering Southeast Asia in 2023, ATOMIC’s overseas business has rapidly expanded into Malaysia
Terry Shen
Atomic Group | CEO
Over the past two years, ATOMIC’s Singapore business has achieved strong growth from the ground up. This success has been driven by the outstanding leadership of Nabil Farrag, Managing Director of ATOMIC Southeast Asia, as well as the collaborative efforts of the broader Southeast Asia management team. Notably, we have maintained quarter-on-quarter performance growth for eight consecutive quarters.
Building on the successful experience of the Singapore market, expanding into the high-potential Malaysian market has become a natural strategic extension for ATOMIC.
Nabil Farrag
Atomic Group | Managing Director
From ATOMIC’s strategic perspective, the key driver behind our expansion is client demand. Many of our clients in China and Singapore have already established operations in Malaysia or are accelerating their business expansion in the region.
Therefore, entering Malaysia is not only a response to client needs, but also a way for us to provide more localized, high-quality services tailored to this growing customer base.
Daryl Lim
Atomic Group | Associate Director
ATOMIC not only has the ambition, but also the capability to create meaningful impact in both the local market and on a global scale.
With its strong growth momentum and proven methodology, Malaysia will serve as a highly promising platform for our business expansion, with the potential for multiple branch offices in the future. The opportunities here are limitless, and the outlook is truly exciting.
Malaysia's fast-growing economy and unique market environment will further maximize ATOMIC’s professional service advantages
Nabil Farrag
Atomic Group | Managing Director
ATOMIC follows a consistent strategic approach in its global market expansion — building specialized and experienced teams based on the specific needs of each local market.
We have observed that both foreign and domestic capital are accelerating their investments into Southeast Asia, particularly Malaysia, driving a growing number of both new and existing clients to establish operational entities in the country.
For ATOMIC Group, this trend not only provides a platform to support clients’ localized teams, but also enables us to assist with the establishment and alignment of their regional business units and functional departments.
We will establish an independent shared services function team, which represents an innovative practice compared with other key markets such as Singapore, China, and Australia. This function requires recruitment consultants with deep industry expertise and the ability to accurately access targeted talent pools.
We will continue to apply industry-leading methodologies to ensure that, in high-potential markets, our specialized service teams with strong professional networks can create real value for our clients.
Daryl Lim
Atomic Group | Associate Director
We are already seeing explosive growth in several key sectors in Malaysia, including automotive, hi-tech, semiconductor, and data centres. At the same time, a growing number of institutions and enterprises are establishing large-scale shared service centres in the country.
This dynamic economic environment will continue to attract more high-calibre talent to Malaysia. With its strong talent pool and diverse investment advantages, Malaysia is becoming a preferred destination for global capital.
We are fully prepared to meet the fast-growing talent market demand driven by economic momentum.
ATOMIC’s relentless pursuit of quality, speed, and adaptability will enable us to deeply understand companies’ growth needs, accurately define the right talent profiles, and help build more efficient organizational structures.
Through strategic talent connections, we will support high-growth companies in breaking boundaries and unlocking their next stage of growth.
