We’re hiring a hands-on HR Generalist to support a growing, innovation-led organization in the medical technology space.
This is a broad, end-to-end HR role with exposure across recruitment, payroll, performance, and employee relations - plus the opportunity to support operations in Singapore, China and Japan.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment & onboarding
- Support payroll coordination & benefits administration
- Drive performance management & training initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters
- Maintain HR policies & compliance
- Support office operations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Strong in recruitment + HR operations
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (Japanese is a plus)
- Organized, hands-on, and people-focused
