Our client, a leading multinational organisation, is looking for an experienced RTR Assistant Manager / Manager to lead their finance team within a regional shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of RTR accountants supporting regional Record-to-Report activities across assigned countries.
- Oversee month-end closing, general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
- Review RTR deliverables to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to global accounting standards.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on accounting policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within RTR operations.
- Support finance migration activities from countries into the Shared Services Centre.
- Monitor RTR KPIs, workload planning, service delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve end-to-end RTR processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline / professional qualification.
- 7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional stakeholders.
- Shared Services / Regional Finance experience will be highly advantageous.
