A globally renowned engineering consultancy firm with deep expertise in consulting, design, project management and providing engineering services across large-scale township, commercial, retail, residential, and integrated mixed development construction projects locally and regionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project engineering team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works within established project schedules.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to address technical matters and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate mechanical building services activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems for building construction projects.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with project requirements and approved plans.
- Maintain project documentation, progress records, and technical reports to support effective project management.
- Review and monitor technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, work methods, and progress updates from contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate design integration activities, including multidisciplinary engineering coordination and clash-resolution processes.
- Participate in project progress meetings and provide updates on engineering and site matters.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications, applicable regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Monitor project costs and schedules to support successful delivery within budget and timeline objectives.
- Promote quality workmanship and ensure all site activities meet required quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years of work related experience in a consultancy preferred
- Basic Mandarin proficiency is needed
