Depending on the role, responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end AP, AR, or GL processes
- Supporting regional and global finance operations
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Driving process standardization and continuous improvement
- Supporting finance transformation and automation initiatives
- Monitoring operational performance, KPIs, and SLAs
- Leading and developing teams for Team Lead positions
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant experience in AP, AR, or GL
- Experience in Shared Services, GBS, SSC, or multinational environments
- Strong technical knowledge of finance and accounting processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- A continuous-improvement mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proven leadership and people-management experience for Team Lead positions
