Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Payroll

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: RM12,000–RM17,000 per month

Eligibility: Malaysians or expats currently in Malaysia holding a valid Employment Pass (EP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation, configuration, enhancement and support.
• Manage payroll calculations, deductions, taxes and statutory contributions.
• Support testing, UAT, troubleshooting and go-live activities.
• Participate in pre-sales, client workshops, solution presentations and proposal development.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentor junior consultants.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience with SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4).
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, taxes and statutory contributions.
• APAC payroll experience (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia or New Zealand) is an advantage.
• Strong English communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage.
