About the Role
Our client is seeking multiple AP Accountants to join their growing AP team. This role will focus on managing AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting efficient finance processes.
Candidates with experience in SAP are highly preferred. Mandarin proficiency is required for selected positions that involve communication with Mandarin-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AP activities, including invoice processing, verification, and payment coordination.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and investigate invoice discrepancies.
- Respond to vendor queries and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and ensure compliance with established internal controls.
- Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders to support smooth finance operations.
Key Criteria
- Relevant experience in PTP / AP.
- Experience working with SAP is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational and shared services environment.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Mandarin proficiency is required for selected positions.
