BIM ENGINEER / SENIOR BIM ENGINEER
Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: Up to RM 9,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate detailed structural technical drawings using Revit.
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D structural models using Revit, ensuring model integrity and compliance with BIM standards.
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure seamless model integration.
- Established Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols using BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud,
- Focus on multidisciplinary coordination, model integration, workflow optimization, and compliance with BIM standards to ensure high-quality deliverables and project efficiency.
- Produce construction documentation, including general arrangement drawings, post tension reinforced concrete detailing, and structural steel layouts using Autodesk Revit
- Lead clash detection and resolution between structural elements and translating technical structural clashes into solutions
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of work experience in BIM modelling and structural design projects.
- Proficient in using Autodesk REVIT software
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
