This is a high-impact position sitting at the intersection of strategic HR and commercial delivery, partnering closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Procurement. What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy, organisational design and workforce planning
- Support change execution, team effectiveness and people cost management aligned to business budgets
- Drive organisational health initiatives that enable sustainable commercial performance
- Lead the annual talent cycle from identification and calibration through to succession planning for critical roles
- Monitor pipeline health and activate internal mobility to build long-term capability
- Partner with leaders on retention risk planning and proactive talent interventions
- Strengthen OKR and performance management frameworks across the region
- Coach and upskill managers to lead high-performing teams
- Turn employee engagement insights into meaningful action plans
- Build and maintain dashboards that bring together talent, performance, engagement and people cost data
- Translate data into clear recommendations that inform leader decisions and business interventions
What You Bring
- A degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of progressive experience across Talent Management, Organisational Development, Performance Management and/or Change Management
- Solid background partnering commercial and corporate functions within manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of turning strategy into practical, people-centred actions
